We believe that Jean was baptised 3.9.1725 at Kilkenny, Fife, the daughter of David Hutt and Katherine Brown who married 19.11.1724 at Carnbee, Fife. They appear to have also had a daughter Margarit (sic) baptised 6.12.1728 at Crail but that is all we know.
